Mining Opportunities Are Gold

According to an industry report Gold production is decreasing and the demand for gold constrained by the current high price for gold.
It would seem that aside from the influence of wars and civil unrest, there may be an economic ceiling on gold price and we may have reached it.While Mining opportunities must be supported by proven exploration results, I have my eye on a location in Australia that legend has told the area is “full of gold” and never been mined.
First steps are to investigate the constraints upon securing a mining or exploration lease or claim as the case may be, in this particular location. Now mining in Australia has been part of the primary economic power base for years, so it is expected the process will be relatively straightforward. The model I plan to use has a relatively low cost entry point and simply involves “proving up the resource”. This premliminary research will be funded from group cashflow with a budget to be set prior to commencement.
Once the research is complete, and the location assessed as viable in all respects, I will seek to facilitate further exploration using a joint venture equity partner who has the resources to deliver the project to the market. With this potential in place, it is expected the entity will be promoted for listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Similar opportunities will be scouted once this model has been applied successfully, with the objective to produce an income stream or capital profit that can be leveraged into larger commercial opportunities.
This model will not be limited to the commercialisation of gold deposits, but will be expanded to develop resources of other key minerals and precious metals. I’d be interested to recieve comments on this model and anyone who has a similar story.
