If we’re hoping to build an organization it must be recognized that the best talent will come from a diverse number of people, cultures and locations. These people will be enthusiastic, have diverse experiences, be emotionally intelligent and many will be female.
Tom Peters in this video speaks of the significant contribution women make to business in America alone, and it’s a compelling presentation for this reason.
We want the involvement of competent men and women at all levels for The $500 Million Startup and we will not discriminate against people on race, colour, sex, age or marital status as I dont believe these elements should even be questioned. What about a female of 15 years of age? Do you think it’s possible for such a person to be of value to an organization who’s goals mesh with their interests and ambitions?
